StockYard

Terms of Service

Last updated 17 August 2026

1. What StockYard is

StockYard is a listing service that connects distributors, manufacturers and wholesalers ("Suppliers") with independent merchants ("Merchants") to help move end-of-line and surplus stock. StockYard provides the platform for listing and making contact only.

2. What StockYard is not

StockYard is not a party to any sale, purchase, quote, delivery or payment arrangement between a Supplier and a Merchant. We do not handle goods, money, invoicing or contracts of sale. Any transaction agreed between a Supplier and a Merchant is entirely between them, at their own risk, and governed by their own agreement.

3. Accounts

Suppliers and Merchants must provide accurate company and contact details when signing up. Supplier accounts are manually reviewed before listings go live. We may suspend or remove any account or listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, misuse of the platform, or non-payment of fees.

4. Fees

Merchant and Supplier subscriptions are billed annually as shown at sign-up. Fees are for access to the listing service only and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Listings

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, including quantity, condition and description of stock. StockYard does not verify the condition or existence of listed stock beyond the initial company verification step.

6. Liability

StockYard is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction, dispute, misrepresentation, or non-delivery between a Supplier and a Merchant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StockYard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
