1. What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your company name, contact name, county, and a single preferred contact method (email, text or WhatsApp number). Distributor accounts additionally go through a manual verification step before listings go live.
2. How we use it
Your company name and chosen contact method are shown to other logged-in users so they can get in touch about a listing. We don't share your other contact details, and we don't sell or pass on your information to third parties beyond what's needed to run the service (e.g. our hosting and payment providers).
3. Payments
Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. We don't store your card details — Stripe processes and stores payment information under its own privacy policy.
4. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@stockyard.ie. You can also close your account and remove your listings yourself at any time while logged in.
5. Data retention
We keep account and listing data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your session. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
